After much research, I chose a company in North Queensland, Cueldee, to manufacture our club jerseys.  I wanted comfortable, reasonably priced garments to offer to BARBUG members at a good price.

Usually team cycle jerseys are between $80 – $100 a piece. With sponsorship we are able to offer our jerseys for $30 short sleeved and $35 long sleeved.

The jerseys are made from a polyester wicking fabric that breathes and does not retain moisture. They are printed with a dye-sublimation process for our sponsor and club logos.  We had many size options and there are 3 large back pockets.

There was a minimum initial order of 30 pieces.

They arrived in July 2007, and at the time of writing, we are still very pleased with them. They have washed well and are still in top condition with no fading. At crowded events, like the Sydney Spring Cycle and “Gong” rides, we stand out so well,  it is easy to spot each other.
