After much deliberation,Myself and Linda have decided to have a group bbq get together at 10am 20th Sept at the Carillon on Lake Burley Griffin with family and friends. We will be taking along our bikes for a little exercise on the day.

A great opportunity for owners of, and those interested in, old bicycles (pre 1985) to meet and ride around a 7klm section of Canberra’s picturesque Lake Burley Griffin. Enjoy a great day of viewing old cycles, talking with other enthusiasts and a leisurely ride around your Capitals famous lake in springtime bloom.

Join us at The Canberra Environment and Sustainability Centre,

Address: Corner of Lawson Crescent and Lennox Crossing, Acton ANU.

Registration/sign on begins at 10 am.
No entry fee, just a charity donation on the day  thanks.

Riders briefing at 11.15am, ride gets away at 11.30am.

Vintage bicycle display, Cruiser bike raffle, &  Prize given for period costume at completion of the ride.
