Easy/Medium ride mostly on flat,off road bike paths or quiet back streets. There is a shorter ride option starting at Guildford Station ( 35km Meeting at Railway Tce exit at 9.45 am )
Ride includes the Olympic Park precinct and Bicentennial Park. Lunch will be on the Parramatta River at the Old Naval Armory Wharf, Newington
